Wings For Uganda Missions assignment encourages girls to stay in school by providing feminine pads
Founder and Missionary Aneysa Matthews of Wings For Uganda missions provide feminine pads for girls and teachers at the Lusaka School In Kampala, Uganda. Wings For Uganda missions provides these pads and supplies to the eight schools of the St. MBuga Schools in Uganda. Our assignment is to encourage girls to stay in school by providing a necessity that they cannot afford. Without feminine pads, these girls cannot continue their education. Without school, girls as young as nine years old are forced sometimes to marry elderly men or work in brothels. My desire and call is to help girls stay in school and get their education. Education is their way out of many detrimental situations. It protects them against human trafficking as well. Please join Wings For Uganda in continuing to educate the girl child.

The pads are supplied through monetary donations which are accepted at all times. Then once in Uganda, I purchase the pads from a wholesaler which is more economical than purchasing the pads in the USA or shipping them to Uganda. They are delivered to my location, then my team and I travel to each school to distribute them. Pads are also given to the female teachers who cannot afford them.
